Bolting is optional and up to installer. Scoop comes with automotive exterior grade 3m tape and 2 optional use fasteners. This part has 2 pegs in the front tips. You can drill the holes for them or cut them off easily with razor knife. Comes with a black honey comb grille insert for scoops opening.
